1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Imitation AI (https://imitation.works), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Imitation AI is a prompt engineering platform that allows users to:

  • Create and refine AI prompts
  • Use multiple AI models
  • Organize prompts in projects and boards
  • Build a personal prompt library

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for your account security
  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • One person or entity per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
  • Resell access without permission
  • Violate intellectual property rights

5. AI-Generated Content

  • You own the prompts you create
  • AI outputs are subject to the respective AI provider's terms
  • We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for how you use AI outputs

6. Subscription & Payments

  • Free tier available with limitations
  • Paid plans billed monthly or annually via Stripe
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Full refund within 14 days if product does not meet your needs

7. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Data may be deleted 30 days after account closure

8. Limitation of Liability

Service provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna, Austria.
